Savory Butternut Squash Hash

Ingredients

  • 2 CUPS BUTTERNUT SQUASH DICED (8677837)
  • 1/4 CUP RED ONIONS (1094663)
  • 2 SLICES BACON (7950884)
  • 2 CLOVES GARLIC (1048172)
  • 2 OZ SPICED PECANS (5386754)
  • 1 SPRIG FRESH ROSEMARY (16800008)

Recipe Info

  1. Deep fry the diced butternut squash until crisp. Sauté the onions with diced bacon in small amount of oil. Add chopped garlic. Add the spiced pecans and fresh rosemary with a small amount of butter.

  2. Serves 2.
