Use your favorite biscuit recipe along with some clever 'enhancements' to create these ultra cheesy biscuit bombs! They're downright addicting! This recipe makes 8. 


Follow your favorite biscuit recipe and use that dough, plus:

  • 3/4 of a pound mozzarella (or your favorite cheese)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp.  oregano
  • dash of salt

Recipe Info

  1. Cube the mozzarella cheese into 2” chunks. Load the biscuits with 2-3 cheese chunks and seal them up. Place the biscuits, seam side down onto a baking pan. Brush them with some olive oil. Add a sprinkling of the parmesan cheese and seasoning. Bake them at 350 degrees for approx. 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown and firm. They need to cool a bit for the cheese to behave itself.
