Here's a bourbon cocktail with an Italian twist from Due Forni...made especially for Bourbon Heritage Month in September! 

Ingredients

  • Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon
  • house made Limoncello
  • Aperol
  • Amaro Montenegro
  • egg whites

Tools:
  • Milk frother (this can be purchased at Walmart or Target)
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Martini glass

Recipe Info

  1. Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker. Using the milk frother whip the mixer until in has a good froth. Add ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into cold cocktail glass.

  2. Drizzle few drops of Amarena cherry syrup on top and garnish with one Amarena cherry.
