Eight Row Flint's famous Eight Row Margarita comes together like jazz! This is the tangy temptation they're known for!


  • 1.5 oz  110 proof blanco tequila
  • .75 oz  Pierre Ferand dry CuraƧao
  • 1 oz  fresh lime
  • .5 oz  lime oleo*
  • Splash of egg white

Recipe Info

  1. Combine ingredients in mixing tin. Fill completely with ice. Shake hard until well-chilled. Empty contents, including ice into chilled glass. Garnish with lime wheel.

  2. *Lime Oleo: with a y-peeler, peel the skins of 6 limes. Cover the peels with 1 cup of granulated sugar and let sit at room temperature for 6-12 hours. Remove lime peels from sugar. Add sugar to a small sauce pan. Add 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil. Stir until sugars is dissolved. Store in refrigerator indefinitely.
