Ingredients

Kiran's Masala Chai:
(serves two)
  • 2 leveled tsp.  Kiran’s Chai Blend
  • 4 c.  cold water
  • 4 slivers  fresh ginger root
  • 1 pinch  spice mixture
  • 1 c.  whole milk
  • 4 tsp.  brown sugar (raw, granulated)

Kiran's Iced Masala Chai:

  • Freshly brewed Kiran's Chai (cooled down)
  • 1 c.  ice
  • Extra brown sugar (raw, granulated) to taste

Recipe Info

Kiran's Masala Chai:

  1. Bring cold water, ginger and spice mixture to a boil in a clean, stainless steel pot. Add chai blend. Let boil for 2 minutes. Add milk and sugar. Boil for 2 more minutes. Let it rest for another 3-4 minutes. Strain into a warm teapot. Sip and enjoy in a fine bone china cup!

Kiran's Brewed Masala Chai:

  1. Bring cold water, ginger and spice mixture to a boil in a clean, stainless steel pot. Add chai blend into a teapot. Add the infused boiling water and let the chai brew for 4-5 minutes. Serve with cream and sugar on the side or slice of lemon and honey.

Kiran's Iced Masala Chai:

  1. Combine the chai and ice in a blender with extra sugar if desired. Blend until the ice is crushed. Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with whipped cream, sprinkle cinnamon powder and enjoy!
