Recipe Info

  1. Louisiana style cooked sausage formed into 1.5 oz balls.
  2. Stuff the raw oyster into the ball.
  3. Bread oyster-stuffed sausage ball in flour and egg.
  4. Deep-fry at 350 degrees for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Served with creole dipping sauce.
