  • 2 Tbsp  Ground Ancho Chilis
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Candied Orange Peel
  • ½ tsp  Ground Oregano
  • ½ tsp Ground Pink Peppercorns
  • ½ tsp Ground Coriander
  • ½ tsp Alae Sea Salt
  • ⅛ tsp Mesquite Powder

Recipe Info

Recipe works best if ingredients are ground fresh, and to a relatively uniform size. Chef Ben recommends grinding in a mortar & pestle!
