This margarita screams summer. Cool, tart and refreshing! Many thanks to my friends at The Union Kitchen in Houston.


  • 1 oz   "Z" Silver Tequila
  • .5 oz  Triple Sec
  • 2 oz  Sweet and Sour
  • 1 oz  float of Red Wine
  • ½ oz  float of  Disaronno Amaretto
  • ½ oz  float of Crème de Banana

Recipe Info

  1. Build tequila, triple sec, sweet and sour in a shaker tin ¾ full of ice. Shake well. Strain in to a sugar rimmed cocktail glass full of ice. Float Red Wine, Disaronno Amaretto and Crème de Banana. Garnish with an orange slice with cherry picked on an angle.
