This cold sandwich from Walton's Fancy & Staple is composed of applewood smoked bacon, tomato & frisée with avocado aioli on freshly baked sourdough bread. ;)


  • 16 ounces Apple Wood Smoked Thick Cut Bacon
  • 1/2 Cup  House-Made Fresh Avocado Aioli
  • 8 Slices Walton’s House Made Levain (Sourdough Bread)
  • 16 Slices Heirloom Tomato from our Local Gardens
  • 8 ounces Frisee Lettuce (or 4 small handfuls of Frisee) - About 4 individual heads of lettuce

Recipe Info

  1. Toast Levain slices individually. Spread Avocado Aioli on each slice of bread and assemble sandwiches by layering the bacon, heirloom tomato, and Frisee. Enjoy!
