Prepare the Angel Food Cake Mix according to package directions using the extra strong coffee for the water. Cool the cake as directed.
Remove the cake from the pan and place a cake platter. Optional and Good: Slowly pour the Kailua over the top of the cake slowly. Set cake aside.
Place the heavy cream in a 1 quart microwave safe bowl and microwave on High power for 1 ½ minutes. Add the chocolate chips to the hot cream and let sit 3 minutes. Stir the chocolate mixture until it is a rich chocolate color. Cool the mixture for 15 to 20 minutes at room temperature stirring often until it begins to thicken. Spread or drizzle the chocolate Ganache over the cake starting from the top.
Allow the cake to set 30 minutes before serving. Slice the cake into 12 slices with an serrated knife and top each slice with a squirt of whipped cream.

- ½ cup Kahlua (optional)
Ganache Icing
- ¾ cup HEB Heavy Cream
- 1 ¼ cup Hill Country Fare Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
Topping
- 1 aerosol can Hill Country Fare Whipped Cream
