THE PARTRIDGE by Gray Whale Gin
- 1 ½ ounces gin
- 1 ½ ounces pear purée
- ¼ ounces ginger liqueur
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon allspice dram
- Shake with ice. Strain into Collins glass with ice. Top with 2-3 dashes angostura bitters on top. Soda water to top. Garnish with fresh sage and a sliced pear.
