
The Three Emmas
Ingredients
Beer/Rose Cordial Mix
- 8 12-ounce beers
- 12 cups sugar
- 36.5 ounces El Guapo
- 2.5 ounces rose water
The Three Emmas
- ½ ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
- ½ ounce fresh squeezed Texas grapefruit juice
- 1 ounce beer/rose cordial mix
- 1 ounce Amontillado sherry
- ¾ ounce Islay gin
Instructions
Beer/Rose Cordial Mix
- Lightly pour beer in pot to avoid becoming too foamy. Add the sugar into the pot and turn on medium heat until sugar dissolves. Do not let it get to a full boil.
- Turn off heat and let cool.
- Add rose cordial and rose water.
The Three Emmas
- Build all ingredients into a shaker tin.
- Shake for 15 seconds to incorporate all ingredients.
- Strain over cracked ice into a sour glass. Garnish with fresh basil.
