Reina Rosa (the pink drink)
Ingredients
- 4 slices of jalapeno
- 2 oz tequila
- 2 oz prickly pear puree
- 1 oz lime juice
- 3/4 ml foaming bitters
- Lime salt
Instructions
- Rim coupe glass with lime and Twang-a-rita lime salt.
- In a large pitcher, muddle jalapenos until they are mashed. Stir in tequila, prickly pear puree, lime and foaming bitters until well blended.
- Shake and pour into glass while straining

Twang's Humo de Rio
Named for the Spanish word for "smoke," this mezcal-based cocktail has a refreshing twist of blue curaçao paired with lime juice and finished off with a lemon-lime salt-rimmed glass and a slice of mango.
Ingredients
- 1½ ounces mezcal
- ¾ ounce Dolin Blanc vermouth
- ½ ounce blue curaçao
- 1 ounce lime juice
- Twang-a-Rita lemon-lime salt rim
- Slice of mango
Instructions
- Rim coupe glass with lime and Twang-a-Rita salt.
- Add mezcal, Dolin Blanc, blue curaçao, and lime juice in a shaker.
- Shake and pour into glass while straining and top with a slice of mango.

Battle of the flowers (green drink)
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz tequila
- 3/4 oz elderflower liqueur
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 3/4 oz simple
- 3/4 oz midori
- Pink grapefruit salt
Instructions
- Rim glass with lime and Twang-a-rita pink grapefruit Salt and fill with ice.
- Add tequila, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup and midori in a shaker.
- Shake and pour into glass while straining.
