Where do you get the best crab cakes? Ask ten different people, and you’re likely to get ten different responses. Some will tell you that to enjoy a fresh, delicious crab cake, you might have to go to New England. Or, a few select destinations on the East Coast or in the Pacific Northwest.
The Fig Tree on the beautiful River Walk is one of the most romantic restaurants anywhere. The atmosphere can’t be beat. And neither can the food. The Crab Cakes are some of the most delicious anywhere. Enjoy!
Very light and tasty, Gluten-free Crab Cakes are steamed, not fried. There are no bread crumbs, making this a low-carb dish, as well. What these crab cakes do have is flavor…the fresh crab is seasoned perfectly.
Nothing says summer like fresh seafood served on a breathtaking patio. Chef Clark McDaniel of Paesanos 1604 has a variation on traditional crabcakes that you are going to love. Very light and tasty, these are steamed, not fried. And, there are no bread crumbs, so this dish has very few carbs.

Dining at the Westin La Cantera is fresh – fresh ingredients from farm to table. Get ready for springtime with a delicious crab and watermelon salad from Brannon’s Cafe at the Westin.
