Boudro’s Texas Bistro and sister site, Zinc, are currently featuring their very own, house-ground Merguez sausage for a limited time. Tender meat from local lamb raised with organic practices and fed a strict diet of wild sage and oregano on the Hudspeth River Ranch in West Texas.
