I’ve been a longtime fan of Chef Steven McHugh. What a hard worker he is…and his new spot Cured is certainly proof that of that. Located in the Pearl (I’m sure you’ve heard!), it’s a culinary gem for charcuterie, salumi and other hand-made, farm-to-table dishes. The Oyster Turnip Bisque is sensational! It’s creamy and flavorful with a great consistency as we transition into Spring. Enjoy!

Thumbing through the books is fascinating even if you aren’t fluent in Spanish. It’s obvious by the sketches and ingredients that ‘food’ translated in any language means ‘love’.
