Riven Rock Ranch
Come one, come all and try Texas Hill Country cuisine at its very best! Executive Chef Joseph Brantley runs the popular Terrace Grill located at Riven Rock Ranch – an absolutely stunning resort nestled in the quiet hills surrounding South Texas.
You’ll be able to get a club sandwich at lunch but with salmon not turkey. That traditional nicoise salad will feature a tuna steak not canned tuna. The new weekend brunch menu deviates somewhat from the Mediterranean fare but will still focus on locally sourced products.
La Cocina at the romantic Riven Rock Ranch resort is about as picturesque as you can get! Situated on top of one of the many rolling hills in the Texas countryside, this breezy outdoor kitchen puts you front and center for gorgeous sunsets and fresh produce that’s sourced locally.
I recently discovered a small piece of heaven right here in the Texas Hill Country. A beautiful, scenic spot with a flowing river, breathtaking sunsets and a fantastic restaurant. Plus, you can stay for a day, a week…however long it takes to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
