THE PARTRIDGE by Gray Whale Gin

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ ounces gin
  • 1 ½ ounces pear purée
  • ¼ ounces ginger liqueur
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon allspice dram

Instructions
 

  • Shake with ice. Strain into Collins glass with ice. Top with 2-3 dashes angostura bitters on top. Soda water to top. Garnish with fresh sage and a sliced pear.
