THE PARTRIDGE by Gray Whale Gin

Ingredients

ounces
gin
1 ½
ounces
pear purée
¼
ounces
ginger liqueur
1
ounce
freshly squeezed lemon juice
½
teaspoon
allspice dram
Instructions
Shake with ice. Strain into Collins glass with ice. Top with 2-3 dashes angostura bitters on top. Soda water to top. Garnish with fresh sage and a sliced pear.
