2Tablespoonsunsalted butter or vegan margarinemelted, plus more for serving
¼cupfresh blueberriesplus more for garnish

Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk the flour with the baking powder, sugar, and salt. Mix in the milk and melted butter until your batter is smooth.
In two 16-ounce glass jars, divide the ¼ cup of blueberries and place in the bottom of the jars. Fill each jar halfway with batter (the pancake will rise while cooking). Microwave on HIGH for about 90 seconds until the pancakes are fluffy and cooked through. Let cool slightly before topping with more butter and blueberries and drizzling with maple syrup.
