Myron’s Prime Steakhouse – Stuffed Tomatoes
Baked beautifully from Myron's Prime Steakhouse, these Stuffed Tomatoes are topped with Gorgonzola cheese and toasty breadcrumbs.

Tbs bread crumbs
Myron's seasoning
olive oil
drizzle
Instructions
Cut tomato in half
Remove stem
Use scoop to remove meat from the center of each half of tomatoes
Place 1 tspn of green onions in each half
Scoop gorgonzola cheese, level and place on top of green onions
Place both halves in rarebit dish
Season w/Myron's seasoning and top with bread crumbs
Microwave for 30 seconds until tender
Place in 450 degree oven for 12 minutes
Top with olive oil
Notes
NOTE: Use only 1 half of tomatoes for mixed grill
