Myron’s Prime Steakhouse – Stuffed Tomatoes

Baked beautifully from Myron's Prime Steakhouse, these Stuffed Tomatoes are topped with Gorgonzola cheese and toasty breadcrumbs.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 4x4 tomatoe
  • 1/4 c Gorgonzola
  • 2 tsp green onion
  • 2 Tbs bread crumbs
  • Myron's seasoning
  • olive oil drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Cut tomato in half
  • Remove stem
  • Use scoop to remove meat from the center of each half of tomatoes
  • Place 1 tspn of green onions in each half
  • Scoop gorgonzola cheese, level and place on top of green onions
  • Place both halves in rarebit dish
  • Season w/Myron's seasoning and top with bread crumbs
  • Microwave for 30 seconds until tender
  • Place in 450 degree oven for 12 minutes
  • Top with olive oil

Notes

NOTE: Use only 1 half of tomatoes for mixed grill
