Hotel Granduca's Dolce Vida Daiquiri
How's this for a flavorful kick on a Daiquiri? The Dolce Vida Daiquiri from our friends at the Hotel Granduca in Houston features St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram, which is a highly-spiced and very sweet liqueur with strong aromas of warm allspice and rum. It melds with this Daiquiri recipe deliciously!
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces Plantation 3 Star White Rum Or favorite brand of White Rum
- 0.75 ounce Giffard Banane du Brésil
- 0.25 ounce St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
- 0.75 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.50 ounce Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker, then add ice into shaker. Shake until combined. Fine strain and pour into chilled coupe. Garnish with one wheel of fresh lime.
