Cheesy Chicken N’ Biscuit Ole’ Bake

Settle in with a tempting, cheesy bake chicken casserole from H-E-B Cooking Connection. A new twist on Sunday brunch...perhaps. ;)

Ingredients
  

  • 11/2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 jar Cookwell & Company Green Chile Stew
  • cup ½ cream
  • 1 tube HEB 4-count Butter Biscuits
  • 2 teaspoons Adam’s Reserve Jalapeno Ranch Seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons HEB Chef’s Basting Oil
  • 1/2 cup HEB Mexican Blend cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F. Put in a 9X13 oven safe pan the chicken, green chile stew, and cream - - stir together.
  • Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces, then toss them in a bowl with Jalapeño Ranch Seasoning, Basting Oil, and cheese. Scatter biscuits on top of chicken mixture.
  • Bake for about 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
