Cheesy Chicken N’ Biscuit Ole’ Bake
Settle in with a tempting, cheesy bake chicken casserole from H-E-B Cooking Connection. A new twist on Sunday brunch...perhaps. ;)

- 11/2 cups cooked chicken
- 1 jar Cookwell & Company Green Chile Stew
- cup ½ cream
- 1 tube HEB 4-count Butter Biscuits
- 2 teaspoons Adam’s Reserve Jalapeno Ranch Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons HEB Chef’s Basting Oil
- 1/2 cup HEB Mexican Blend cheese
Preheat oven to 400F. Put in a 9X13 oven safe pan the chicken, green chile stew, and cream - - stir together.
Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces, then toss them in a bowl with Jalapeño Ranch Seasoning, Basting Oil, and cheese. Scatter biscuits on top of chicken mixture.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
