Bacon Cookies

Bacon flavored sugar cookies served with a dark chocolate ganache! The yield for this scrumptious recipe is 18-20 cookies.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 lb butter room temperature
  • 1.25 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cup A/P Flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbs fine chili powder
  • 1/2 cup bacon chunks par cooked

Instructions
 

  • Sift AP flour, mix with salt. Mix powdered sugar and butter until fluffy. Set mixer on low, add in flour mixture a little bit at a time. Add in Parmesan cheese and bacon bits. Scoop out with 1 oz. scooper and sprinkle chili powder. Bake at 350 degrees, about 15-18 min.
