Cucumber Meets Thyme

Cucumber meets thyme in a refreshing summer cocktail, courtesy of Bar Manager Patrick Abalos at The Westin at The Woodlands. Made using the always delish Botanist Gin!

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz The Botanist Gin
  • 1.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1.5 oz Juniper Berry syrup
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 2 wheels Cucumber

Instructions
 

  • In tin, muddle cucumber and thyme; add remaining ingredients and clean ice.
  • Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  • Strain into an 11 oz Collins glass filled with clean ice.
  • Garnish with cucumber/lemon thyme sprig.
