Banana, Blueberry & Pecan Shake
The healthiest, most nutritious protein shake is made at home with wholesome ingredients. Here is a quick and delicious energy booster loaded with vitamins and minerals. Perfect for breakfast or as an afternoon snack.

- 1 ripe banana peeled
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/3 cup raw pecans
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 1 quart unsweetened pure coconut water
In a blender, add the banana, berries, pecans, flaxseed meal, and coconut water. Process until smooth.
Start with a banana, which gives the shake its smooth texture, and then use 1/2 cup of any other fresh fruit or berry to make this shake.
