Indian Paintbrush
Indian Paintbrush cocktail from Garage Cocktail Bar made with vodka, grapefruit juice and lime. Garnished with a sprig of rosemary.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz vodka (Dripping Springs or Aylesbury Duck)
- 1 oz grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz rosemary syrup
- 2 dashes Peychauds bitters
Instructions
- Tools: Shaker, Hawthorne Strainer, Fine Strainer Glass: Coupe Garnish: Rosemary
- Shake all ingredients with ice cubes until well chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Take a fresh sprig of rosemary (about 2" in length), pat it to release the aromas, then place it in glass with the top hanging slightly over the edge of the rim.
