Brussel Sprout Caesar Salad

- 1 cup romaine washed, dried, cut into 2'' pieces
- ½ cup sliced Brussels Sprouts blanched in boiling water till slightly tender
- 2 Tbsp dried cranberries
- 2 Tbsp candied almonds (any nut will work)
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
- 2-3 oz Caesar dressing
