Brussel Sprout Caesar Salad

Tender Brussels Sprouts sprinkled right in to this sizable Caesar, alongside dried cranberries, candied almonds with freshly grated Parmesan. From Executive Chef Brady Cohen at Salty Sow. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup romaine washed, dried, cut into 2'' pieces
  • ½ cup sliced Brussels Sprouts blanched in boiling water till slightly tender
  • 2 Tbsp dried cranberries
  • 2 Tbsp candied almonds (any nut will work)
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 2-3 oz Caesar dressing

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything well, season salad with fresh cracked pepper and more cheese if wanted.
