fermented black beans

sweet pickle radish

scallions

cooking wine or sake

soy sauce

oz
Vegetable oil
Instructions
Heat frying pan and add oil.
Cook green beans for one minute, then add garlic, ginger and black beans, and cook until brown.
Then add cooking wine, soy sauce, scallions, and pickle radish. Stir fry until combined.
