Ingredients
  

  • 3 raspberries
  • 3 blackberries
  • 1 sprig cilantro chopped
  • 2 ounces roasted jalapeño-and pineapple-infused tequila see recipe notes
  • 1 ounce triple sec
  • 1 ounce Agave Nectar*
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • Crushed ice
  • splash soda water

Instructions
 

  • Muddle berries and cilantro with ice. Add the infused tequila with triple sec, agave nectar and lime juice. Shake. Salt the rim of a tall glass, and strain mixture over ice. Garnish with lime wedge.

Notes

*Infused Tequila
1 bottle white tequila
2 roasted jalapeño, cut into strips
6 roasted pineapple spears
Add the ingredients and bring to a simmer for five minutes. Let the mixture rest for two days and strain.
