  • 1½ c Heavy whipping cream
  • ½ c Mascarpone cheese
  • 2 T Sugar
  • A Pinch of Salt
  • 3 oz Bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped or chips (I use bittersweet and add in a square or two of a high percentage cacao chocolate)
