Earl’s 377 Spirit of a Hero Pizza

Earl’s 377 Pizza has a pie fit for any craving, and one of their top sellers is called the Spirit of a Hero. A portion of every pie sold is donated to the Spirit of a Hero organization, dedicated to providing financial, developmental, and community support to veterans of the U.S. armed forces.

Ingredients

  • ½ pound store-bought pizza dough
  • All-purpose flour for dusting
  • 3 Tablespoons barbeque sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons ranch dressing
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup finely chopped smoked brisket
  • ½ cup sliced roasted red bell pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic oil for drizzling
  • Ranch seasoning such as Hidden Valley brand, and smoked sea salt, for sprinkling

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F and set a pizza stone on the bottom rack (see Notes). Stretch your pizza dough to a roughly 12-inch circle and place it on a floured pizza pan or the bottom of a clean rimmed baking sheet.
  • Drizzle barbeque and ranch sauce across the entire pizza. Sprinkle the mozzarella and provolone cheese all over the pizza, leaving a ½-inch border. Top with the smoked brisket and roasted bell peppers. Scatter the freshly grated Parmesan over the top of the pizza.
  • Gently slide the pizza onto the hot pizza stone and bake until the cheese is melted and the edges are browned, 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Pull the pizza out of the oven and let cool slightly. Drizzle with garlic oil and sprinkle with the ranch seasoning and smoked sea salt. Cut into slices and enjoy!

Notes

If you do not have a pizza stone, then assemble your pizza on a parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Transfer the entire baking sheet to the oven and bake according to the recipe.
