Big Sur Sunset from Gray Whale Gin

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz. Gray Whale gin
  • 1 oz. lemon juice
  • ¾ oz. raspberry syrup
  • ½ oz. orgeat syrup
  • 1 egg white (optional)
  • Garnish with mint leaves and fresh raspberries

Instructions
 

  • If making with egg white, add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with no ice.
  • Add ice and shake again.
  • If not using egg white, add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
  • Fine strain into a coupe glass (a stemmed glass with a broad, shallow bowl).
  • Garnish with raspberries and mint leaves.
