Choppy Bob Nachos and Signature Queso from Triple J Chophouse

store-bought prepared queso cheese, diced

wonton chips (store-bought)
smoked chopped brisket
shredded mozzarella
diced tomatoes
sliced black olives
sliced jalapenos
grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Add butter to sauté pan over medium heat and add onions; cook until translucent.
Add flour to thicken, then add milk and heavy cream. Turn heat down to low and stir frequently to avoid burning. Then add spices.
Remove pan from heat and add cheese until it has completely melted and has a creamy texture. Mix thoroughly.
Put desired amount of wonton chips on serving platter or plate.
Add smoked chopped brisket, shredded mozzarella, diced tomatoes, black olives, and sliced jalapenos.
Top with the queso while it’s still hot and sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
