John Soules Foods’ Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich
This tasty sandwich is a Hawaiian luau on a bun! John Soules Foods’ spicy heat-and-eat Buffalo Chicken Tenders are layered on a cushy Hawaiian bun with juicy honey ham, grilled pineapple, Swiss cheese and a sweet-and-savory homemade Teriyaki sauce. It’s unbelievably good!
- 1 pound JSF Buffalo Chicken Tenders
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- ¼ cup Pineapple Juice
- 6 slices honey ham
- 6 Hawaiian burger buns
- 6 slices of pineapple rings
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 6 slices red onion
Cook JSF Buffalo Tenders according to package instructions or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce with the pineapple juice. Set aside.
Heat a grill pan over high heat and grill the pineapple for about 5 minutes, or until grill marks start to brown.
Divide the JSF Buffalo Tenders, Swiss cheese, ham, and red onion between the bottom hamburger buns.
Drizzle with the teriyaki sauce and close the sandwiches.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
