John Soules Foods’ Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich

This tasty sandwich is a Hawaiian luau on a bun! John Soules Foods’ spicy heat-and-eat Buffalo Chicken Tenders are layered on a cushy Hawaiian bun with juicy honey ham, grilled pineapple, Swiss cheese and a sweet-and-savory homemade Teriyaki sauce. It’s unbelievably good!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound JSF Buffalo Chicken Tenders
  • ½ cup teriyaki sauce
  • ¼ cup Pineapple Juice
  • 6 slices honey ham
  • 6 Hawaiian burger buns
  • 6 slices of pineapple rings
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 6 slices red onion

Instructions
 

  • Cook JSF Buffalo Tenders according to package instructions or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
  • Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce with the pineapple juice. Set aside.
  • Heat a grill pan over high heat and grill the pineapple for about 5 minutes, or until grill marks start to brown.
  • Divide the JSF Buffalo Tenders, Swiss cheese, ham, and red onion between the bottom hamburger buns.
  • Drizzle with the teriyaki sauce and close the sandwiches.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
