South of the Border Cold Brew

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cask & Kettle Spiked Mexican Coffee pod
  • 4 ounces Cold Water
  • 2.5 ounces full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 ounces dry orange liqueur (Triple Sec) preferably Cointreau
  • Ice
  • orange twist for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Remove the foil top on the Cask & Kettle Mexican coffee pod and pour into a large cocktail shaker.
  • Add the cold water and stir to combine.
  • Add the coconut milk, orange liqueur and a handful of ice.
  • Close and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
  • Fill two low ball glasses with ice and strain the cold brew into the prepared glasses.
  • Garnish with an orange twist and drink right away.
