Harold’s in the Heights Rum Buzz

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 ounce New Grove Silver
  • 1 ounce Pineapple Juice
  • 2 ounce dashes Orange Bitters
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 0.5 ounce orange/basil demerara see notes
  • Topo Chico

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and shake. Strain into a coupe glass and top with Topo Chico
