Goya Foods' Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

This recipe from Goya Chef Fernando Desa is a quick three-ingredient drink you can whip up in your blender. You can use any of Goya’s convenient frozen fruit pulps to make this smoothie.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag of frozen dragon fruit or other Goya fruit pulp
  • ½ can Goya coconut milk
  • ¼ cup organic Goya honey or Goya agave
  • Sliced kiwi fruit and blueberries for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, puree the dragon fruit with the coconut milk and honey until very smooth. Scrape into two shallow bowls and garnish with kiwi and blueberries. Serve right away!
