Montelongo’s Citrusy Steak Fajitas

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh tangerine juice
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 Tablespoons Montreal Steak seasoning blend
  • 2 pounds skirt steak cut into thin strips
  • Warm flour tortillas plus sour cream, fresh salsa, cilantro, and lime wedges, for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the juices and steak seasoning. Add the steak and mix well. Seal and refrigerate at least 4 hours and up to overnight.
  • Let medium skillet warm up over medium-high heat. Add steak and discard marinade. Cook until internal temperature reaches 140°, for medium. Serve in warm tortillas with sour cream, salsa, and cilantro. Pass lime wedges at the table.
