The Painkiller with Irish Whiskey
No question a few weeks of partying at Fiesta may leave some of us reaching for a few headache remedies! You'll love this 'hair of the dog' called The Painkiller, with a little Irish Whiskey and a blend of fruity syrups. (Bonus points if you put it in a festive glass!)
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Coco Lopez
- .5 ounces Orange Juice
- .5 ounces Pineapple Juice
- .25 ounces Vanilla Syrup
- .25 ounces Banana Syrup
- .25 ounces Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
- 1.5 ounces Tullamore DEW Caribbean Rum Cask
Instructions
- Whip with blender, top with pebble ice (or crushed ice), and an optional sprinkle of nutmeg.
