Central Market's Sheet Pan Shrimp with Caramelized Citrus, Carrots, Onions & Broccolini

Ingredients
  

Sheet Pan Shrimp

  • 1 lb. shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 red onions cut into quarters
  • Broccolini
  • Carrots
  • Mixed citrus (oranges blood oranges, limes, grapefruit), thickly sliced, enough to cover the pan
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Citrus Teriyaki Sauce

  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Yuzu essence*

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Cover a sprayed sheet pan with citrus and place the onions and carrots on top, spaced out. Brush with Citrus Teriyaki Sauce and add a bit of salt and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and add the shrimp and broccolini, brush with Citrus Teriyaki Sauce and a bit of salt and pepper. Place back in the oven and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and enjoy.

Notes

*Yuzu essence can be found in the Asian foods aisle.
