Central Market Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
These crab stuffed mushrooms are a gourmet treat for your guests, but don't take a whole lot of preparation and time.
- 36 large whole mushrooms
- 1/2 lbs. crab meat flaked
- 1 Tbsp. parsley -- finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. pimiento chopped
- 1/4 tsp. Dry Mustard
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Wash mushrooms well; dry and remove stems with a sharp knife.
Combine crab, parsley, and pimiento. Stir together mayonnaise and dry mustard; gently stir into crab mixture.
Fill each mushroom cap with about 2 T of crab mixture.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until hot.
