Central Market Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

These crab stuffed mushrooms are a gourmet treat for your guests, but don't take a whole lot of preparation and time.
Servings 36 mushrooms


  • 36 large whole mushrooms
  • 1/2 lbs. crab meat flaked
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley -- finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. pimiento chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Wash mushrooms well; dry and remove stems with a sharp knife.
  • Combine crab, parsley, and pimiento. Stir together mayonnaise and dry mustard; gently stir into crab mixture.
  • Fill each mushroom cap with about 2 T of crab mixture.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until hot.
