575° Pizzeria off Route 66 in Amarillo was ranked as the top pizza place in the nation in 2014 -- and when you try this recipe, you'll know why! This is the owner's favorite style of pizza. It's off the menu, so be sure to ask when you're there!

Ingredients
  

  • 10-ounce dough ball
  • 5 ounces tomato sauce
  • 4 ounces shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 ounce fresh basil leaves
  • 4 ounces pepperoni

Instructions
 

  • Stretch the 10-ounce dough ball to a 12-inch pizza.
  • Add tomato sauce and toppings to the dough.
  • Add any finishing spices you prefer.
  • Cook on a pizza stone 8–10 minutes between 550–600°F.
