Arbor Grill's Pink Grapefruit Mojito

This classy cocktail creation comes compliments of the all-new Arbor Grill at The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa. It is soooo refreshing!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz. Belvedere Pink Grapefruit Vodka
  • 1 oz. Lime Juice.
  • 1 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 1 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 oz. Club Soda

Instructions
 

  • Combine Vodka, Lime juice, Simple Syrup, and mint together and muddle for approximately 15 seconds. Add Ice then shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Pour into a Collins glass and add your fresh grapefruit juice and club soda.
