Sand and Smoke Cocktail

The smooth taste of Drambuie, made with heather honey, herbs and spices, pairs perfectly with the rich and bold flavors of the cold-brew coffee creating this delicious coffee cocktail!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 part Drambuie
  • 1 part Pineapple Juice
  • 3 Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 parts Chameleon Mexican Coffee Concentrate
  • ½ part Mezcal

Instructions
 

  • Combine with ice, shake, double-strain and serve over fresh ice.
  • Splash club soda. Garnish with fresh basil.
