Gin and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance

Here's one gin cocktail that couldn't be easier to create. Just three ingredients, shaken and strained into a Collins glass from my friends at Blue Box, housed inside the Historic Pearl Brewery in San Antonio.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 3/4 oz lime
  • 1/2 oz rosemary syrup

Instructions
 

  • Shake, strain into Collins glass.
  • Top with soda and Rosemary garnish.
