Bistro Menil Goat Cheese Provence

A very European take on a delicious goat cheese marinade made with extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs and lemon from Chef Greg Martin of Bistro Menil.

  • 1 cups EVOO
  • 1/4 cup sliced steamed garlic
  • 1/4 cup sliced steamed shallot
  • 0.06 cup lemon peel
  • 0.06 cup whole rosemary
  • 0.06 cup thyme
  • 1/2 tablespoons peppercorn blend crushed


  • Combine all ingredients together.
