Ritual's Forbidden Sling
A refreshing and tenacious cocktail off the new menu at Ritual in H-Town! A play off of a Singapore Sling from Beverage Director Peter Clifton.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Plum Gin
- 22 ml Cherry Herring
- 10 ml Benedictine
- 10 ml Solerna Blood Orange Liqueur
- 10 ml Pineapple Juice
- 5 ml grenadine
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
Instructions
- Shake and strain.
- Garnish with dehydrated blood orange wheel and lime saffron. To be served in a Collins glass.
