Wicked Witch's Brew

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Midori
  • 1 oz Stoli Citron
  • 1 oz Sweet & sour (recipe below)
  • juice ½ a lemon

Sweet & Sour:

  • 1 pint lemon juice preferably fresh
  • 1 pint lime juice preferably fresh
  • 1 quart water
  • 2 cups granulated sugar

Instructions
 

  • Rim a classic, Champagne coupe with blue sugar.
  • In a martini shaker filled with ice add Midori, Stoli, Sweet & Sour and lemon juice. Briefly shake and strain into coupe. Enjoy!

For the Sweet & Sour:

  • Select grocery stores, like Central Market have fresh juices available for purchase. This recipe makes approximately 2 quarts. Mix will keep refrigerated for up to a week, but best used within a few days. It is a great mixer to be used for all cocktails, spritzers, etc.
  • Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Begin heating and whisk mix to totally dissolve the sugar. Bring to a simmer and then remove from heat and let cool. Transfer to a container that can be tightly sealed.
