Asian Baked Ribs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Rack Ribs
  • 1 Jar Mama Tang’s Asian Vinaigrette
  • 2 Tablespoons HEB Grillin Rub
  • ½ Cup Beer
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons BROWN SUGAR

Miso Mango Relish:

  • 1 Mango peeled, seeded and diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Global Palate Tangerine Miso Dressing
  • 1/2 Red bell pepper seeded and diced
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro chopped

Instructions
 

  • Marinate ribs overnight in beer and ½ cup Asian Vinaigrette. Place marinated ribs on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Season with rub. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 ½ to 3 hours, or until meat pulls from the bone. Heat vinaigrette in a sauce pan with cilantro and brown sugar, until desired thickness (about 10 minutes). Glaze ribs and enjoy!

Miso Mango Relish:

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and chill until served.
