Asian Baked Ribs

- 1 Rack Ribs
- 1 Jar Mama Tang’s Asian Vinaigrette
- 2 Tablespoons HEB Grillin Rub
- ½ Cup Beer
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro chopped
- 2 Tablespoons BROWN SUGAR
Miso Mango Relish:
- 1 Mango peeled, seeded and diced
- 2 Tablespoons Global Palate Tangerine Miso Dressing
- 1/2 Red bell pepper seeded and diced
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro chopped
Marinate ribs overnight in beer and ½ cup Asian Vinaigrette. Place marinated ribs on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Season with rub. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 ½ to 3 hours, or until meat pulls from the bone. Heat vinaigrette in a sauce pan with cilantro and brown sugar, until desired thickness (about 10 minutes). Glaze ribs and enjoy!
