  • 6 fresh corn tortillas cut in ½'' strips
  • 3 cups zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup fresh or canned corn
  • 4 ounces can diced green chilies
  • ¾ cup grated cheddar
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • thinly sliced green onions for garnish
